Terrible! I pay for a hot wax and when we begin I realise the lady is using strip wax. I kindly ask her to finish the strips (as the wax is on) and then move to hot wax. She continues to use strip wax and I ask her again. When we move to hot wax she tells me this is her second week and she does not know how to use it. She begins pulling at the wax before it’s dry. Very sore experience and I have to ask her to stop mid way through the wax due to the pain and the rash I am beginning to get. 0/10
