I booked an sns manicure but they seemed not to know how to do it despite offering it - the woman kept asking her colleagues what to do. And they had run out of all the sns layering polishes and top coat. They put gel as a top coat which is thick and gloopy - I don’t want a gel manicure I wanted SNS dipping powder.
