Slightly disappointing experience, as my gels chipped two days after getting them done. I spoke to the Treatwell team who said that I could get the chipped nails redone, so went back to the venue. When I arrived it was like the staff were irritated by me, telling me they chipped because my nails were weak and short, which they weren't as I had only just had the manicure. Maybe just an off day, but think I'll go back to using the other nail salon in Clapham J where I had a better experience :)

Staff were rude. I had a gel removal booked and they completely rushed it. They used an electric drill on my nails when I asked them not to. Did not leave the acetone long enough for it to remove the varnish so used a drill AGAIN resulting in me now having damaged nails with a lot of layers of my nails drilled off. Do not recommend coming here.

I showed an image of the nails and the shape I wanted. The nails are pretty but not the shape. When asked to reshape the nails the woman sighed and still didn’t do it correctly.
