I wouldn’t normally put a review but this was my experience. The shape of nails were not how I wanted but after explaining three times I give up. The colour wasn’t applied up to the cuticles and top coat was not cured properly. I just wanted to leave as the smell of acrylic inside is so strong that I redone my nails again elsewhere afterwards.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened but I had a terrible experience this week. I was left waiting for 30 mins despite having an appointment whilst walk ins were seen before me. When I asked when I’d be seen someone wrapped my nails to remove the shellac, then I passed between 3 different technicians. I had asked for french tips I knew this would be an extra £5 which I had in cash. When I went to pay I communicated my disappointment. No sorry, I was told to pay and leave. So rude…
