Was good until I was left to air dry my pedicure and acrylic manicure. Kept trying to leave but was told to stay while staff were attending to other customers. Was sat there for around 30 minutes

They let people
Who hadn’t booked appointments go ahead of me, I waited 35 mins for mine. When I asked for a refund as I no longer had the time, they told me I couldn’t get one. They then proceeded to take off shellac wrong, causing damage to my nail and I ended up not having the time to get a full manicure. Overall very bad customer experience
