Not good. Paint all over my hands, rushed, bumpy, half of my nail isn’t painted on some nails and they did the shape (oval) and then at the end filed them all square?!

Terrible experience - will not be back. The nail technician was extremely rude whilst doing my nails kept calling over different members of staff to have long conversations (not in English which isn’t a problem but I couldn’t join in) and not paying attention to my what she was doing which sometimes meant hurting me. I left with some nails lumpy and 2 chipped within a couple of days - but I would rather live with the chips than return there to get them fixed and endure that again.

They take both walk-ins and appointments so it means you’re waiting at least 20 mins between treatments if it’s busy. The pedicure polish was applied unevenly but once pointed out it was fixed. The same issue with my manicure. Overall it was fine but I’m not in a rush to go back,
