I booked in for SNS Dipping manicure on natural nails. The nail technician clipped my cuticles a number of times which was very painful. He obviously messed up the powder as it looked blotchy and uneven and he ended up painting over them with shellac nail varnish which was a different shade to the powder colour I had picked. I’ve been left with a very thick layer on each nail which is quite sensitive and looks clunky and messy. Second time I’ve been disappointed. Not impressed at all, won’t be going back.

Staff irresponsible and let walk-ins go before booked appointments in order to get more customers through the door (assuming because those who have booked have pre-paid so it doesn’t matter). Completely futile system. Really frustrating and poor customer service. Half way through treatment, the technicians change. That, along with substantial delays, has happened every time I have been here.
