Usually love this place it’s my local but the man who did my shellac manicure was quite rough and left three of my cuticles bleeding. Not the nicest experience which is a shame as they are usually so good.

Every time I book here, I never get seen at my booking time - they always make me wait for ages and continue accepting walk ins even though people who have booked are waiting. They then also always insist on checking your Treatwell booking receipt at the end as if they don’t trust you could have paid it, even though it’s on the system? And lastly, it’s definitely not clean in there. On the plus side, it’s the cheapest place in Clapham so I guess you get what you pay for?

The treatment was very rushed with the manager running back and forth between the till and doing my nails. Not a relaxing or pleasant experience at all. Was worried I was going to get cut as well as my manicure was very quick with the manicurist not giving his full attention.

Outrages lack of any organisation nor intelligence from the receptionist- despite coming here for over 7 years, the new receptionist has put me off the place, has no clue how to arrange her bookings and walkings, has no idea on how to even attempt to speak to customers. Despite recommending in the past with a previous lady in charge, won’t ever return and make sure none of my friend I recommended the place to, won’t too! Working myself in customer service I have never left with such a bad taste

After a week of getting my nails done, two of them have chipped and come off, and one of my nails that is still on is paining me. Currently, I’m trying to remove them without it causing further issues. The nails look quite thick and blocky and the colour has worn off after two weeks. You can go elsewhere and get a better manicure, acrylics and pay less.
