As I have entered the salon I asked if there was anywhere I can hang my coat their response was no , I asked if I can leave my coat on the sofa they said no. They did not offer me hot drink or even water ( they don’t have to) however as a good standard Nail Salon whichever I have been to they have at-least water. The Nail Lady that did my nails was very hard on my arm she kept pulling and pushing my arm. The customer service was very poor. Over all I like my nails.

The lady doing my nails was very short tempered and kept yanking and pulling at my hand and fingers… she made me feel really uncomfortable
