They were i believe either overbooked or understaffed. Came in and there were 3 people waiting to be served already. I didn't mind the delay, but the pedicure was a very slap dash job, the cuticles on some toes left uncut, and the employee didnt really bother with buffing the sole of the feet, only applied scrub, which, respectfully, i can do at home and not pay £40 for.
The quality has never been the best at this salon, but it is rapidly going downhill.. sad as its my local
