The booking was simple however service was very quick. I booked manicure and pedicure but it felt like a basic nail polish. They didn’t soak my hand in the water for long, literally 3 seconds and didn’t remove cuticles. Also the polish was put on quickly so there are bubbles in my nail polish on my nails. Massage not done properly and no lotion applied afterwards. Didn’t feel special enough or worth the price. They don’t take card payments, only cash or bank transfer which was an inconvenience

I had a phone call half an hr before my appointment asking me to come later. I said no as I was already on my way.
When I got to my appointment the receptionist couldn’t find my booking. Then she said my prepaid amount wasn’t enough and I’d have to pay £16 difference plus a removal fee. I understood the removal fee add on but a difference in the advertised price that I’d already paid wasn’t my problem. I asked my I wasn’t told about this when they called me half an hr before.
