I had a phone call half an hr before my appointment asking me to come later. I said no as I was already on my way.
When I got to my appointment the receptionist couldn’t find my booking. Then she said my prepaid amount wasn’t enough and I’d have to pay £16 difference plus a removal fee. I understood the removal fee add on but a difference in the advertised price that I’d already paid wasn’t my problem. I asked my I wasn’t told about this when they called me half an hr before.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience. I had shellac done last week on Saturday (it’s now Thursday? and have since had to revisit three times to have chips fixed. I called and asked for a refund, I was told they don’t issue refunds and they don’t believe I came in each time for a fix so they’ll need to check the CCTV. Essentially telling me I was lying. They told me they never have complaints - I find this hard to believe. Shocking.
