The staff were short and rude she constantly said “don’t move your hand, relax, sit straight” and yanked my hand over to her. The treatment booked and paid for online differed in store which resulted in me having to change my treatment.

Never felt so rushed for a nail appointment - I was in and out in 15 minutes max. The nail person was swapping between people, literally paid no attention or made any effort to even speak to me. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

Asked for squoval, got oval, also paid extra to have chrome but didn’t look anything like the colour asked, they ended up taking off the whole colour and starting again, appointment lasted just under 2 hours! Wouldn’t be rushing back.
