They were i believe either overbooked or understaffed. Came in and there were 3 people waiting to be served already. I didn't mind the delay, but the pedicure was a very slap dash job, the cuticles on some toes left uncut, and the employee didnt really bother with buffing the sole of the feet, only applied scrub, which, respectfully, i can do at home and not pay £40 for.
The quality has never been the best at this salon, but it is rapidly going downhill.. sad as its my local

As I have entered the salon I asked if there was anywhere I can hang my coat their response was no , I asked if I can leave my coat on the sofa they said no. They did not offer me hot drink or even water ( they don’t have to) however as a good standard Nail Salon whichever I have been to they have at-least water. The Nail Lady that did my nails was very hard on my arm she kept pulling and pushing my arm. The customer service was very poor. Over all I like my nails.
