AVOID THIS SALON! I arrived promptly for my appointment but was made to wait for a staggering 20 minutes before being attended to without even an apology. My cuticles were completely neglected, it’s a basic and essential for any nail service to include cuticle care, and I was appalled that this this important step was completely skipped. Finally, I had already pre-paid for my appointment, yet I was confronted with an attempt to charge me additional fees for services I did not receive.
