I have been going to this salon for years. This time all the old stuff was gone. The technician was in a rush to finish my manicure, pushing me to move quickly and occasionally painful/ careless. This was the last time I am going there..

The salon was full even though I had booked an appointment. Waited for 20 min. The Salon was dirty. Floor dirty as well. Staff wasn’t friendly. Got a skin tear in my toe whilst having my pedicure done, Not coming back.

The appointment took a long time as they were clearly overbooked. I sat in the chair for 1 hour 50 minutes but the treatment itself was very good and I’m very happy with my nails. I’ll go back just never again during a lunch hour.
