Please stop overbooking - I had a 6pm appointment that was delayed until 6.30 and I wasn’t seen until 7 for ONE NAIL to be fixed. They let two walk ins go before me. They put the wrong colour polish on, and as they were rushing to finish (handing out beers) instead of taking off the polish and redoing, they put a new polish over the top (meaning that my nails now don’t match)… then expected me to be grateful when they told me I didn’t need to pay, but wouldn’t redo it???

Whole treatment felt extremely rushed - the man doing my nails was rushing out the door as soon as he finished and I had to say that he had got a lot of polish on my fingers and the ends of my nails left very rough which they did then fix by filing.
