DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! One of my nails came off the same day. They did such a bad, rushed job, the nails are all lumpy. I went back and asked them to fix at least the broken nail. The manager was so RUDE she blamed me said I hit it against something when I didn’t, her staff just didn’t do the job properly and she took no accountability.Told me to come back later or wait one hour, when I had a flight same day. Disgusting service, caused inconvenience and £40 in the bin. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My worst nail experience ever. The girl who first started my nails shaped them so badly and so short. I rarely speak up when I’m not happy with a service as I hate conflict but I just couldn’t not with the way they were looking. The manager then said she would give me acrylic extensions to make up for this mishap which I appreciated despite it not being the look I originally wanted. This experience also wasn’t good- very rushed which have left my nails to an average standard. I will not return
