That was a terrible experience. My nails were rushed, wronky and just looked horrible. The manager then charged me more than what was quoted on their site. When I asked, she then told me it was the additional. Worst waste of money ever. So annoyed and would recommend everyone to AVOID

Unfortunately I already have a chip 3 days later. I had pre paid for a manicure and re apply but they tried to just do take off and re apply.

This place has really gone downhill since my last visit. Staff were inattentive at best and laughing at you at worst. Manager was patronising trying to correct my English (not needed, she just didn’t understand that I’d already paid for my appointment and didn’t need to pay again). Manicure and pedicure were done by 3 different people who weren’t aware of what each other had done. I was ushered from place to place without courtesy and top coat not applied until very late. Will not return.
