For some reason my booking was not booked on to the actual salons timetable system, meaning I had to wait for the therapist to arrive. However the staff were friendly, apologetic and polite and they made me a cup of tea as I waited inside. The therapist came soon after (about 15 minute wait) and I was still given my full 1 hour treatment. She was excellent and it was good value for money.
