Had to wait 15 minutes, no big deal but the place was so fumey it was unpleasant, then my beautician rushed the French manicure, the tips were messy, and she tried telling me she was finished after just one single coat of varnish, worst service won't be going back, whole place is grubby too

Staff ok tv noisy but I guess for the younger crowd it's ok I would have preferred a softer atmosphere @9:am a tea or coffee would've been nice to prompt service and spotless work areas
