I can't really rate the wax as I didn't get one. About an hour before my appointment I rang up to check it was still on, and asked if I could move it any earlier. I was told I couldn't move it which was fine, so turned up at the original time I had booked it for. On arrival I was told the person qualified to do waxes hadn't turned up and was late for work, so sat down to wait while the woman on the desk rang her. It turned out she wasn't going to come in until 5.30 and I was told to come back then. There was hardly any apology and when I asked why they didn't call her when she hadn't turned up, as they knew I'd be coming in at 3.30 they had no explanation. It was really disorganised, very inconvenient and really rude. I couldn't come back at 5.30 as I was busy, and after that incompetence I won't be going back there again.

The treatment was very rushed and he cut my finger during the manicure and wasn't very apologetic. This is not my usual experience at this venue, I obviously got a bad technician, or one on a bad day. I will go back again but if the service is similar I will consider changing in the future
