The staff were great and efficient, and did a great job with the pedicure. Only downside was the chairs were quite uncomfortable.

Very rude! Waited 30 mins as they thought I didn't have an appointment even though they checked me in. They did 2 customers who came in after me. When I asked her how long I had to wait, she laughed and said "soon". The front door then remained open for 15 minutes while other members of staff came in and out to bring heavy decorating equipment in. They then started to paint and place dust sheets around while at least 10 customers were still having treatments!!
