Water for predicate was lukewarm bordering on cold. Wasn't greeted immediately, despite one customer being in the salon (other nail technician was outside smoking and taking his time).

The wax was very quick, however the beautician didn't leave the room while I got undressed and didn't provide anything for me to freshen up.
I was also left with a tear in the skin where the wax ripped some skin off as the beautician was being too quick. Uncomfortable to say the least!
I was also charged £4 more as I accidentally booked a brazilian not a hollywood - bit extortionate cost for applying one more strip of wax in my opinion.
Overall, not totally impressed with the service and won't be returning - primarily because of the ripping skin off!!
