The member of staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. it feels slightly confused in there and even if you book an appointment you still get seen whenever although they do make an effort to see everyone quickly. One of my nails wouldnt set and they were nice about redoing it until it looked good.

I booked twice for my eyebrows and both times the therapist hadn't turned up! Luckily I only live 2 mins from the salon and could come back but it was not professional and they couldn't give me an explanation which made sense.
The threading however was amazing and I was very happy with the results. WILL BE GOING BACK

Left with three cuticles bleeding from the girl pushing too hard. Nails are already chipped. Booked for a manicure and was told I booked a shellac manicure when my email proved I didn't and then staff proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Won't be back.

Efficient...there was no talking had between myself and the therapist or any after care advice. Fine if you know what's happening but might be unsettling if you where new.
The pedicure was very basic but that is reflected in the price.
The atmosphere is ideal for any beautician type treatments but probably too noisey/busy for any therapist treatments.
I would return as it was a cheap.
