you get what you pay for here to be honest, i had to sit downstairs at what was obviously a spare seat even though i had booked - they dont prioritise bookings at all. also being offered a glass of water etc would be nice. the treatments are cheap but you get no frills!

I had to wait 45 minutes for a booked appointment - staff were very unhelpful and then allowed someone who arrived after me to get their treatment first. Just a very bad service that you wouldn't get at a higher quality salon
