Nails look really good and it was quick once I got in! I wouldn't say that the level of service was that great. I booked an appointment but had to wait 20 minutes because of walk-ins - absolutely fine, but don't allow customers to make bookings if that's the case, particularly for nails.. I also had the £20 offer from Treatwell but was charged £25 as I opted to pay in store (it said treatment would still cost £20) so I would recommend paying in advance to avoid being charged more!
Nevertheless, it is good at what it does - being a quick and easy place to get nails done...
