My nails are fine but not amazing - they've got a few bumps etc on them and are a bit streaky. The branch in battersea is much better than this. Only good thing really was that it was quick.

I had a manicure, I've been going here for years and it's always been great but the woman the other day was quite rough and a bit rude, she seemed miserable. Hope it was just a once off
