As this place has generally good reviews, I thought it would be good for a wax as well but it wasn't a good experience. I'm not too sure if this staff member has much experience or not. At one stage she had to go get another colleague to assist who seemed to know what she was doing. All in all it wasn't a great experience and more painful than it needed to be.

Waited for 30 mins past my appointment time. Nobody acknowledged that I had been waiting or indicated how much longer it would be. Had to give up and go home without getting my nails done. They overbook and never turn down walk ins.
