Normally it is great. Very cheap and good, efficient service. However, this last time I went I had to wait (even though I had an appt) and it ended up taking longer than expected. Nails did turn out great so happy with that, but depending on when you go and what time you may need to wait!

For a quick, cheap mani and pedi it was good value for money. If you're looking for an awesome experience probably not the place. Quality of the nails are great though :)
