It was so busy when I arrived that the staff seemed a little frantic. Saying that I was greeted by a really friendly guy and was seen within 5mins. The treatment was meant to last an hour but was over in 30, the person I saw this time was super speedy and didn't really spend time on the leg and foot message as they have previously. The outcome was good, but would have liked better service

This is my favourite place in London for waxing - they are quick, efficient and well priced! While this was a great wax I was ever so slightly burnt as the wax was too hot but after letting the waxist know she quickly reduced the heat. Definitely recommend.
