The gel manicure was ok - though it has chipped after two days. I had to ask the lady to be much gentler when doing my pedicure. When using the foot buffer she was scratching my ankles and it was so painful - she almost drew blood! I'm now left with red scratches all over my ankle.

i usually go to the Hampstead branch but the Clapham South is an excellent substitute. the staff, service, and ambience was perfect! i couldn't be more pleased. highly recommend!
