Salon was v busy and they didn't seem to know what was happening with my booking and talked about it in front of me in another language without explaining anything to me for ages. The eyelash application was more or less pain free with the exception of a few stingy bits but they do look a bit sparse and a few have already fallen out just a few hours later which is disappointing. I also got a shellac treatment which was OK but had a lot of it stuck to my fingers afterwards. Good colour selection. I asked for a loyalty card but apparently wasn't allowed one as I booked through treatwell (even though I paid over £70 for my treatments) - I found that quite strange as they seemed to snub the fact I've used treatwell and I probably won't go back for that reason.
