I had to wait 35mins after my appointment time until I was seen and my shellac manicure was then so rushed and finished in 25mins. It looks lovely but not sure it is going to last very long.

Although the finished result of the manicure and pedicure was generally fine, the pedicure treatment was a little painful at times which was unusual. I had to wait a while for my appointment,and seemed to have no priority over walk ins. There appeared to be no structured appointment system on arrival.
