No staff when we arrived therefore waited half hour.
Pedi took 20mins, was completely rushed! Slapped on moisturiser with no massage.
Main lady was very rude and barely looked at you when speaking to you.
Still charged full price even though we patiently waited 1/2hr after booked time.
will not return.

We were kept waiting for half an hour then rushed through the treatment. It lasted 20mins instead of an hour and there was no massage. Customer service was not good, they had clearly overbooked. Still had to pay full price when treatment was cut in half!
