The treatments were good as usual, although I seem to be getting more ingrown hairs since coming here.
The lady who did my nails was very rude and condescending when I wasn't sure what type of top I wanted on my extensions (having never been asked this before at my usual salon I was baffled).

Felt a bit rushed as they were busy, and my gel manicure started cracking a bit within the day. Previous experience has been better, so i'll try again. But not my best gel manicure.

I visit every two weeks to get my nails done and normally its a great experience. Unfortunately,last Sunday, I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen by a beautician who then did a sub par job compared to my other visits. I understand that it is great to get walk in clients but I feel that if the salon is fully booked, they should honour those who have booked appointments rather than those who have just walked in. Clearly there was not enough capacity for the amount of client that day, but they kept accepting more and more walk ins, resulting in huge wait times. The woman behind me even buffed and filed her own nails as her beautician kept hopping off to other stations.
