The staff have changed and the vibe isn't as nice I miss the old manager

Honestly I have been going her for 2 years now and the staff were great. But recently, the receptionist and a staff have changed and so has customer service. They are dismissive and rush the nail work so that the can talk to each other. I was so disappointed that I was given 2 nail techs to start my treatment and bothbsaid they'd be right back only for me to wait 20 mins for someone else because they went off somewhere else. I never like to kick up a fuss but that was the first in a few occasions. The old receptionist was so nice and personable she would greet you with a smile; the new one barely looks at you because she is too busy on her phone and virtually snatches the money out of your hand- terrible attitude.
I was a faithful monthly customer- I am looking for other places now, to avoid this "new" atmosphere.
