After a 14 hour night shift, I came to get an acrylic infill at this shop. The young woman that done my nails made them look 100 times WORSE than they did when I walked in.
My acrylics were thin and square, this lady made them thick and VERY coffin shaped!
I've been getting acrylics for 6 years and I have NEVER had my nails done as bad as today!

Very disappointed, the lady was a trainee and had no experience. I had to talk her through every step - she was too frightened to use the cuticle clippers and so I was left having to do one hand myself. She couldn't speak any English. Absolute shambles - waiting 25 mins before I was even seen and was there for a whole 2.30 hours.
I don't think it is fair to put trainees with no experience in front of clients - it is awkward for the client and the employee.
