This was my first time at USA Star Nails. It seems like a pretty well-oiled machine. I had booked ahead and my appt started on time (which I was happy about as it seemed very busy at the time) and took less than an hour for shellac removal and a new shellac pedicure. There was a bit of confusion over me paying ahead of time through Treatwell, but that was resolved pretty quickly. Overall I'm very happy with how it turned out and will likely return again.

The manager is always very accommodating. I had a problem where the colour wasn't as I expected after the first coat and they made sure I picked a new colour for my second layer so I was happy.
