I don’t like to leave reviews off of a single experience, so this is a review after visiting the salon a few times. You never get the technician you book. I learned this after booking a particular technician, showed up and she wasn’t even working that day. It’s a conveyor system, 1in 1 out. Even if booked, you will have to wait to be seen. Not ideal if you are pushed for time. Due to seeing several technicians. Nails have ranged from great to awful.

Really unexpected for a chain salon but brilliant nails! Staff were all so wonderful, talented and welcoming. The salon is very clean and the pedicure is one of the best I’ve had. Will be back!
