Weird experience. My therapist was very friendly, but she didn't seem to know how to do a normal (non gel) mani-pedi. Tried to take off my polish as if it was gels and I had to explain that it's best to do the pedi before the mani, to give it time to dry.
She seemed really thrown by me wanting a natural manicure even though it's a huge trend, and seemed to assume that natural meant I didn't want a proper full manicure. It was a rush job, I had to prompt her to do my cuticles. Odd.
