Lovely ambience. Ursula accommodate’s so well.
I always enjoy going there. I am pleased with hair, considering how dark my hair is, it’s a challenge to get it as light as I want it, Ursula does a pretty good job in achieving it.

Letisha was amazing! Not only did she do an absolutely fantastic job (some of the best waxing I have ever had, I still can’t believe how smooth I feel and that she was able to get all my lip fuzz); she was friendly, kind and put me at easy with her demeanor. This was my first time and I will definitely be coming back.

Didn't even get the massage. Once again, therapist was sick. Tried 5 times over new year to get a massage, every time the therapist was sick.
Wonder if she even exists...
Swedish Massage
Ursula and her helper were very friendly,welcoming and cherish. But I didn't really like her cut as I don't think suits me. I've asked for a specific style but she said that it was out of fashion and therefore suggested to leave it to her experience. I did accepted thinking I could trust her.
Anyway now my hair are too short to change the style and I will have to cope with it for the next few months.
