Ursula and her helper were very friendly,welcoming and cherish. But I didn't really like her cut as I don't think suits me. I've asked for a specific style but she said that it was out of fashion and therefore suggested to leave it to her experience. I did accepted thinking I could trust her. Anyway now my hair are too short to change the style and I will have to cope with it for the next few months.
