This was my first time at Urelax and I was impressed by the professionalism shown from start to finish. The lady on reception explained the various treatments on offer and the differences between them which was most helpful. Throughout the Swedish massage, Valeria checked she was using the right amount of pressure for me and made the whole experience relaxing but also therapeutic where necessary. I was given a full hours treatment and I look forward to my next visit.
