After struggling with muscle pain that was also bringing on tension headaches i chose to have the back, neck and shoulder massage along with an Indian head massage with O this weekend. The treatment room is lovely, O explained what she would do and asked me questions around what i hope to achieve. It was a superb massage combining different techniques inc hot stones for the really stubborn knots of which i had many! very happy with my treatment and would definitely return
