Perfect, from the welcoming to the massage and leaving. Thank you very much to my therapist who was caring, giving attention to details, unlocked a knot I've had for several weeks, it make such a difference, I felt very relaxed and calm after my massage. Both La-ong & Katy both gave a warm and friendly welcome making us feel comfortable to minute we arrived. Both were incredibly attentive to our needs and achieved what we asked in regards to what we wanted out of the massage: Releasing tension & stress, relaxation and left feeling completely Zen and relaxed from head to toe!
