I asked the masseuse to massage my legs and ankles but she didn’t massage those areas which I mentioned. Also didn’t massage my head as well.

As I entered the room, I was given zero instructions about what to take off/ leave on. She then left the room and closed the door. I was given no towel to cover myself once I was led on the bed.
The head massage was lots of scratching rather than a relaxing and calming massage with rotating movements.
The stretches, of the neck, shoulders and arms, were good and well executed.
