I asked for help with tight shoulders but still wanted to relax. She blended firm trigger point work with hot stones to melt the knots. Left feeling zero tension.

I’ve had lymphatic massages before that felt like someone just lightly petting my skin, but this was different. Just the right amount of firm rhythm to actually get things moving. My legs felt so light walking home.

I felt so heavy and bloated before coming in. The deep tissue + lymphatic technique completely flushed out the fluid retention in my legs. Left feeling weightless!
