I opted for the Multi-Technique massage, and it was exactly what I needed. Combining Deep Tissue, Sports, and Thai techniques, my therapist managed to work out knots I didn't even know I had. I left feeling completely reset. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with chronic tension!
