They don't value your time and seem perfectly fine with making you wait for services. I had a good experience the last time I visited, but this time, the way they handled things made me decide not to return. I ended up waiting for about an hour for a 15-minute job, as they prioritized new customers over those who were already waiting and did not even bother letting me know or apologise.

It was my second visit and facial was really very good, Thank you Priya. My pedicure was also good the therapist was exceptional.
I have a little feedback here as I got done full pedicure, was expecting the massage on half legs and feet for around 10 mins at least which was 1 minute in total and that too just feet no legs. It kept me wondering then what is a full pedicure if massage (leg and feet) is not part of full pedicure and what is difference in a half and full pedicure.
