Only 4 stars because slightly unprofessional- I was emailed the night before my appointment at 10 to 11 at night asking me to come earlier, no please or thank you. I responded and said I would try but I had another appointment first. The salon then called me 4 minutes after the time they’d changed my appointment to, to ask where I was. Not great impression tbh. The treatment was great.
