Swati is brilliant. Im a wuss so I always get nervous before a wax but Swati is great and made me super comfortable. No double dipping. The place was super clean, 2 metres apart signs on the floor, all the staff wearing PPE, hand sanitizer available. I was very comfortable throughout.
