The therapist who did my eye brows and was amazing, as always. The latin american lady who did my pedicure always looks absolutely miserable and should really be more gentle as she hurt my feet a few times. Feet are quite sensitive, I’ve noticed a few times that therapists at Urban Rose can be a bit heavy handed!

Always friendly, service was great, reception staff also efficient, friendly, and welcoming. LVL lash lift was super comfortable and effective. Marta talked through each step so whilst my eyes were closed I was confident at what was being done and felt safe and in good hands. Also friendly.
